We achieved both in this multichannel effort by incorporating a unique online experience that allowed customers to create their ideal itinerary of rides, attractions, dining, and more. Unannounced to them, this itinerary was then printed on an antique-style paper that included coupons and reminders to make reservations for limited capacity attractions. This strategy increased sales value by promoting onsite dining, event, and attraction options.
